    • We make Collect do the work for us! We have over 90 contact plans and 80 transaction codes - so with a stroke of a key - our records are handled exactly the way we need them to be
    • We use Web Host as a selling tool. Within one month of selling Web Host we were able to more than triple the number of clients we had. We have over 100 clients logging into Web Host and we average around 100 new accounts per day - input by our clients! What a savings in man-hours for us. In addition, our clients love Web Host so much that they in turn sell our business to others in the field. Web Host and word of mouth is how we get our new clients these days.

We have the most pleasurable working relationship that I have ever had with a software company. Hands down, you're the best collections software provider on the market! I have worked with five others and I have nothing good to say about them other than the nightmare is over.

Some highlights and points about your company and your software are:

1.Tech support that every collection agency needs. (Only at Comtech can you find this commitment to service).

2. The Collect! software is extremely user friendly. We can put a collector at a desk with this software and within two to four hours, they are collecting and have very few questions about the software -- it's just that easy!

3. The cost to get started with Comtech is low and I started off with a one-man agency with lots of questions. As I worked through the software, it had everything wrapped up into one powerful program that truly caters to an agency's growth. The software and tech support answered all my questions as they came and not just tech questions either, any questions about the industry, vendors, or collections.
